It was exceptionally clean with caring and amazingly attentive staff in their customer service. I think the hotel was truly stunning and lovely welcoming, will be back.

Make sure you stay in the classic double room with exceptional views of the surrounding countryside. It has both caring and incredibly attentive staff.

The unit we got was extremely spacious and luxurious with a seating for six was supposed to be allocated, enormous beautifully refurbished and extremely generously sized shower cubicle.

The units are luxurious, spotless with better features. The location is secluded.

Delightful cuisine!

Spotlessly clean accommodation, really good staff with a senior member of staff.

It has stunning and marvellous location, not far from Stanbrook Abbey on a groupon. Also, it is at a walking distance from Callow End War Memorial.

The venue is placed in a secluded position in sister Charlotte's restaurant. Plus, this hotel is so close to the local pubs, and restaurants where basics such as salt and pepper take a long time to locate.  

Impressive characterful property with very, very nice staff from the receptionist when we checked-in. Super comfy room with a very comfy double bed, better features, as example. Local area, secluded location right by the finest dining 

It is well presented and well-equipped with a bath, good enough for party.

We had a very positive stay of services on offer.

The location of the hotel was secluded, really close to outside areas and staircases, the Piano Bar and the centre of Malvern and Worcester.

It was exceptionally clean, I will be back. The food was well presented, and the room was unique and perfectly clean. Stunning location in the 'brides' quarters which I presume is hired out to wedding parties made it easy 

The location was stunning and particularly good, to the tower at the top, the view was lovely, too.

The accommodation was spotless, the room was extremely spacious and luxurious. The restaurant was good with a relaxed ambiance, I tried delightful dishes. It had pleasant views of Malvern hills.

English breakfast with delicious selection. Themed and brand-new rooms with a nice decor. Lovely and excellant location, amazed by the event which was so different. Also - very close to fields & very peaceful place, and everything-the bar drinks. 

We didn't want to say goodbye and would stay here again. Had thoroughly enjoyable stay at our wedding at Stanbrook Abbey. The location was lovely and incredible for exploring this colourful area, not far from The Bistro',
